THE REAL FINAL COST OF ADULTERY

"And strangers will be filled with your strength And your hard-earned goods will go to the house of an alien; Proverbs 5:10

Here is an interesting and prophetic verse that deals with the aftermath of someone who pursues the immoral woman or adulteress.  After stating that following this woman will guarantee that your latter years will be given to the cruel one - we read one of the ways that he will begin to wreak havoc in the adulterer's life.

Strangers will be filled with your strength.  This is an interesting verse because it has to do with the cost of adultery.  We need to remember that under Old Testament law an adulterer would be put to death if caught having adultery.  So this speaks of a more merciful sentence - possibly a financial one.  But as the adulterer toils away to pay the cost of his sexual escapades, he sees that the promise of pleasure has turned into a cost that was far more than he thought it would be.  Even if he is not given the death sentence, he is forced to pay and pay dearly.

The second thing that happens is that your hard-earned goods will go to the house of an alien.  Once again this pictures punishment financially for having sex with another man's wife.  The adulterer works hard - but he does not receive any of the benefit of his labor.  Instead, he has to face the fact that all his hard work is worthless - because it is going to someone else.

Today, we do not have adultery laws that promise death to the one caught in adultery.  But these verses are still true today.  Wisdom allows us to see the long term liabilities of sexual immorality and adultery.  Some only hear the siren song of the adulteress - and are deaf to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks where they soon will be destroyed.  Wisdom opens our eyes to what this is going to cost us - and that price is steep indeed."

However, the reality of wisdom in today's society is highly chosen to be ignored by many.  Especially when it becomes judged by judicial justice throughout this country, especially in NH.  Today there are 30 to 50 percent of people choosing to commit adultery already knowing the emotional torment, pain, and suffering it will cause when the truth is found out. All written laws passed by government are actually morals that clarify, explain, and enforce a right from wrong. As to why the past 100 years judicial justice have been belittling and minimizing the act of adultery in a marriage to just another justifiable "Irreconcilable Differences" in NH goes beyond ones common sense.   

Studies done in 2014 reported that the average affair now begins 2 years into the marriage and will last an average of 6 months. In the last 10 years, multiple time and money has been spent to study adultery because of the many serious problems it is now causing. There are now even more than one STD that is becoming more dangerous and more drug resistant every day.  On May 18, 2018, NH become on "Alert for "High Risk" of uncontrolled HIV, Hepatitis C due to IV drug use."  

The adultery reports also shows that the average two timing-spouse spends money on-date activities-such as transportation, tickets to shows, plays, concerts, movies, dinners and drinks, hotel bills and gifts.  The reported total is averaging $444 per month above the expenses of now keeping the other spouse unaware, happy and complicit to the crime of adultery.  Those with higher incomes make higher expenses, and sometimes during over 20 years of marriage.  This is time and money one cannot recover, that was fraudulently saved and stolen through marriage that would now affect someone else's entire future.

This is what NH government has declared as just everyday minimal justifiable "Irreconcilable Difference" for the past 100 years. NH divorce statistics have now been higher than the entire country's average, very steadily now for the past 17 years.  By people who are now repeatedly divorcing now 3 or more times in one lifetime.

The reports also do not include the lack of insurance coverage for fees that are not covered for counseling if one chooses that route after finding out they have been cheated on.  Counseling alone can easily run into 5 figures.  This report doesn't include the aftermath of health and legal fees when divorce is based on adultery.  Which by right should only be paid by the guilty party and possibly their paramour too.

The average monthly cost to commit adultery also does not include the legal fees your family could also can occur by possibly needing legal protection now only from a scorned ex lover that an irresponsible spouse brought into their lives.  There are no justifiable reasons to commit adultery of any kind no matter how bad a marriage becomes.  The only decisions should be to work on the marriage or leave the marriage because there is no middle line that can be justifiably crossed by committing adultery.  There has to be a safety net somewhere in a marriage.  If you cannot respectfully commit to a relationship then don't.  If already committed and unhappy with the relationship then choose a responsible resolution.  Remember that 2 wrongs will never make it right.

Women who commit adultery also will have additional regular higher maintenance fees more than usual for Clothing, Pedi's, Mani's, Make-up, Waxing, Brow Sculpting, and Gym memberships.  Dollars that go into the thousands for long term affairs.  Everyone knows the reality of mental anguish that occurs for years after experiencing cheating but never takes the reality of the total financial ramifications into consideration.  Society has turned survival only of the fittest into it's life-long goal and to hell with the rest.  Changes required to be made by government have been established for years from hundreds of studies and still continue to be ignored by government, especially in NH. The only state that apparently chooses to make and inflict it's own Vietnam Wars like President Donald Trump.
