No one thinks that their relationship is vulnerable to infidelity. My partner would never do that. But the truth is, cheating happens all the time and unfortunately it could happen to you, too

Cheating certainly isn't new, but it is on the rise—partly thanks to technology. Online dating and hookup apps have made it easier than ever to cheat and get away with it. If your partner has a smartphone, or even just access to the Internet, they could be sneaking around behind your back and you might not ever know it.  If you think it could never happen to you, think again. It is estimated that 30-60% of all married people in the U.S. cheat on their spouse, and this number is even higher for people who are dating. This means that if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, statistically they're actually are more likely to cheat on you than they are to stay faithful

Since 2013, the number of serial marriages are still only continuing to grow throughout the entire population in the United states of America.  Having a Monogamist marriage until death do you part has become all to rare to almost extinct here in the USA.  All because the average American is now married 3 or more times and mostly before the age of 50


When some states have no adultery laws like NH, or have just lazy Family Court judges ignoring the ones that do, while constantly claiming it is just too difficult to prove adultery in a court of law.  Exactly what would you expect to have happen throughout the entire land of the free?  My ex husband remarried the very next day after our divorce finalized, now becoming his mistress's 3rd husband.  He married a woman who already had 2 divorces with already 4 children by 3 other different men, and all now before she had even reached the age of 37.  Who now is on her third marriage even by the age of 40

This nation's capital, D.C., now has the highest statistic's for STD’s in the US.  Clearly the numbers of adultery now being committed during marriage in the US, have continued to only rapidly increase in numbers now nationwide.  It has truly become the ultimate final but main cause, and the real reason for the majority of most marriages that are now ending in divorce

However, adultery remains to be nothing more but an unseen ghost now according to one entire NH Judicial branch of government. Because of this, NH has only unfortunately become a bigger part of the problem.  A problem that has now even grown, into a pandemic nationwide.  It truly has been made thoroughly very clear, that it will still continue to only remain ignored and unacknowledged, just like the state's laws, now only by many NH family court judges.  And even more so now, still to this day

One real true question that has yet to be addressed and remains of no real concern is?  How many family court judges, who actually rule daily just on marriage and children's lives alone, are even now having multiple marriages while only having multiple children, by multiple partners, that are now ending in multiple divorces, even themselves?  We most certainly don't put pedophiles in charge of daycare centers, or a serial murderers in charge of ruling on a murder case.  Or even have a rapist to only rule on rape cases.  Another reality about adultery today is, that it truly has now become one of the actual main leading causes for most couples to divorce in this country.  And actually has only been increasingly so now, for almost a century

The CDC has estimated that nearly 20 million new sexually transmitted infections are now occurring every single year, just within the United States alone. STDs annually create significant morbidity, increased risk for HIV transmission and account now, all unnecessarily, for almost $16 billion dollars in health care costs.  That is 16 billion dollars that could be money going towards spinal research, Lou Gerhig's disease research, Cancer research, Alzheimer's research, along with so many others that require a serious need for a cure.  Instead of paying it just towards many people who only are irresponsibly and even immorally wrong in more than one way, by just choosing to only have sex with multiple partners

Clearly people have only been truly taking advantage of this great land of the free.  By definitely taking freedom a little too freely and a little too far in this country.  Even still with the apparent consequences now, still only growing in numbers.  Freedom has now truly only gone, where freedom would rarely disrespectfully and immorally would have gone before in previous historical times of old

Respecting borders or boundaries in a relationship, especially now in a marriage, is truly now no longer existing.  Even now with all the different possible known kinds of health consequences, that are now still being very possible to now pay, if crossed.  Especially right here now in NH, and even now throughout the entire USA alone

Adultery became, only throughout recent growing modern technology, so much more simpler, to only now be committed with ease.  Apparently it is also spreading and growing into the only apparent way to have a relationship, whether you are married or not

People are choosing to simply hand off one spouse, partner, even a boyfriend or girlfriend, only to just simply repeat it all over again, and again, and even once more, that would only now be, even once more again, whether being married or not.  Unity is something humanity has truly lost with growth and development. Clearly  becoming to the point of non existence

The United States now ranks No. 10 out of the top 10 countries in the world, who now have the highest divorce rates, that are rapidly still only increasing.  But that is even while the actual number of people that are even getting married, have now still been only literally dwindling.  Marriage is becoming more less and less now throughout the entire country

So apparently, only when the majority of most Americans have actually taken that first trip down the isle once, have and will most likely now, repeat it only over again, and again and again.  Just with a different partner each time.  truly never celebrating, the first and only marriage that they will only ever have throughout a single lifetime

People are no longer attempting to do the work to actually reach, or celebrate, a silver wedding anniversary, never mind even a golden one. This truly is now only just becoming another extinct historical event of the past. Americans have grown to lack the experience to teach the capable means to a proper marriage.  That is now being passed on to all future generations to come.  Marriage will never truly be again, until death would they then only just part.  So what exactly does one little New England granite state of NH’s immoral government spend their time and energy on now?  A Bestiality Law

NH's government apparently has had a far more concerning immoral crisis now growing throughout the entire state.  Than all the little things now, such as chlamydia, hepatitis and syphilis, and/or even HIV, presently now, just simply costing, only $16 billion in healthcare alone.  For them to have to now truly bother worrying about these days.  Even though they all are still remaining very capable of just being very simply transmitted, even just by committing adultery

Apparently adultery needs now more than ever to thoroughly be clearly addressed once and for all in NH.  Especially while healthcare remains questionable now for many.  Quite frankly now in more ways than one.  But just when you thought you've finally have heard it all.  Bestiality has now become all to more of a problem in NH than any actual $16 billion dollars, that is unnecessarily now, already recklessly costing healthcare.  To now just treat the growing numbers of infections, from STD's alone, and just throughout one entire country.  NH's "Live Free Or Die" trying to motto, has truly now only been, NH's only motto to literally live by for the past 100 years.  And apparently is clearly not going to be stopping anytime soon, according to NH family court records

NH's government has one of the largest group's, if not the largest group of state house representatives in the country.  Who now has put their minds, time and energy into passing a law now against the act of bestiality, effective now as of January 1, 2017.  But that is even now only just 2 years after, they simply had even already legalized adultery, on January 1, 2015

  Bestiality is a word describing sex between a human and an animal that has now apparently become more of a concern right here in NH.  Even enough more so after the fact, that NH already has laws in effect towards the abuse of animals.  This is how NH prioritizes what is more important to address, than any new adultery law, or even taking measures towards lowering the actual cost for treating STD's alone.  If and when adultery laws become properly enforced by judges, will be one way this country can lower the amount of STD's now spreading in this country.  But until then, you can at least now rest assure, that if your spouse actually still attempts to now cheat on you in NH, with the family or next door neighborly pet, hopefully there will now only be, some consequences to pay

As far as your spouse possibly cheating on you with another human in the state of NH?  Well, that apparently will clearly still remains to be, not so much as a concern here.  At least, while the entire state of NH remains only open to continue to slowly grow into the one and only granite chaotic little whore house state of New England

NH clearly has had fewer things even stranger or less repulsive than even Bestiality to address.  Things such as Sexually Transmitted Disease's now. actually recklessly accounting for $16 billion just in health care costs alone in this country.  Just because the USA alone now has up to 20 million new cases of STD's regularly occurring now only each and every single year.  Those numbers will surely only rise more, each and every day of the year just with the help received from the state of NH alone

There are even things like having spouses in NH who will now still even use up 21 or more years of marital life savings from a marriage, just to now only finance their adultery with nothing more than a co-worker's simultaneously shared used up welfare fraud committing prostitute of a mistress. Who became just a welfare fraud committing mother of 4, already from the help received from 3 different other men, just in the state of NH alone

A woman who even was willing to be simultaneously shared only between 2 married men while in the process of only her 2nd divorce.  Who were now, not just only employed by the same company, but who actually worked together daily in the same department too

A woman who was already divorced twice before the age of 37.  While just simultaneously committing adultery. with not just one, but two married men, months before her second divorce was even finalized in the state of NH.  Clearly explaining now why her children were now only fathered by 3 different other men.  There are certainly many different ways, to work hard towards getting off of your state's Welfare system.  But doing it this way, most certainly would definitely not be the actual way to go about doing it

Even things like actually now having NH lawyers such as attorney Richard C. Follender, who has now even strongly fought to defend such actions, only now by simply arguing and minimizing adultery, to only just being no worse than just another average common cold.  That now actually is treatable simply just by going to New Hampshire's Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.  According to him their 12 step program apparently is now used to also treat all the sex addictions that men apparently are now having these days in NH, with such a woman.  But due to evidence, it clearly is not working.  This is while this woman also continued to only claim, to now actually follow only one man, that only goes by the one name of god, all only right here now in NH

And last but never shall be the least,  there are also things like actual NH court records, that are now only still documenting such illogical stupidity, and cult-like chaos for the past 100 years, only simply just as another minimal normal,  "No Fault Divorce", caused only by just another little "Irreconcilable Differences."  Stupidity only is as stupidity continues to choose to do and get in NH.  Apparently NH will still continue to choose to do so.  Only with many pairs of fraudulent blind eyes now, being seen throughout many NH family court judges

What is Al-Anon and Alateen

The Al-Anon (for adults) and Alateen (for teens) program is a Twelve Step program for the relatives and friends of alcoholics or someone who is or has been a problem drinker. However, Al-Anon and Alateen focus on alcoholism and alcohol issues, not other substance abuse problems. Only concerns related to the impact of a relative or friend’s drinking and application of the Al-Anon/Alateen principles are discussed at Al-Anon/Alateen meetings and appear in Al-Anon/Alateen literature

NH's government clearly has an extremely small narrow minded view on reality when it comes to the subject of adultery and sex addiction.  Both have apparently now become a very real growing disease in this country.  Adultery is always just minimized to being nothing more than just the average common cold according to NH. That actually can be spread onto others but won't kill you.  "It is just human nature and people are naturally going to just cheat", as one NH representative even once said.  So just take two aspirins, and you will just get over it, only after you have first just called your doctor in the morning

Well, If you truly believe all that, then you should actually clearly think it over again, and again, and again, until you actually get your head out of the clouds, and are even capable of only thinking it through very carefully now, but very thoroughly, even a couple of more times, that is even once more again. Yes men, sadly but very clearly, it has now become made very apparent, that even you too evidently now, will have only those, who will now just only become, clearly nothing more, than just another shameful insult, only to your entire gender

Women like this one definitely do actually exist in NH.  Who  now actually have even been banished from their own church, just because she actually chooses to now commit adultery even with more than one married parishioner, that she only has just met in a NH church congregation.  Now even in the 21st century, women like this one, have actually even gone to a parishioner's wife's own home on one Christmas Eve, to even now just simply ask her to just "Please give your husband a divorce because your marriage does not glorify god.  Only because god has now clearly placed it upon your husband's heart and mine to now be together..." To only now just cancel her wedding planned for October with this man, who filed for divorce the following June from a 25 year marriage,  and only just to be with her

She ended this marital affair because she already was simultaneously committing adultery now, with this married man's married co-worker.  Whom he mistakenly actually had just simply only once introduced her to him in January.  The parishioner filed for divorcer 6 months later in June from a 25 year marriage.  The coworker he introduces his mistress to, now files for a divorce in July from a 21 year marriage.  Only just 1 month later for the very same mistress

In the end, the parishioner went back to his wife and children while his co-worker quickly marries their mistress within 24-48 hours, after he had now just signed his divorce papers.  All for a woman who now was the cause for 2 divorces to be filed just only 1 month apart from each other in NH.  How do I know all this?  Well, the lucky one who actually made it to the finish line and married her, also just happened to have been my husband first, from a 21 year marriage, who clearly knew I would never take him back

  Women such as this one have even purposely answered the husband's cell phone while she is actually in bed with him when the wife calls.  To now proudly threaten and thoroughly notify and inform the wife now that, "Your not dealing with him anymore, YOUR DEALING WITH ME NOW...YOU DON'T KNOW ME OR WHAT I'M CAPABLE OF DOING!" Apparently it has also been made thoroughly very clear in NH, that all woman who are now divorcing a spouse, in the 21st century state of NH, should now only be much more clearly concerned with, only whom your spouse is now actually bedding before and/or during your divorce.  Even much more so, than whatever could have caused you to divorce in the first place.  Especially if it is now already the other woman

This is a woman who proudly confesses about committing her own false grand self delusions, of only multiple cases of adultery in NH.  Now only with husbands that are not yet even her own.  Husbands that are even introduced to her, only by a current married lover.  Whom she only just recently met during her second divorce, now in a church congregation.  She then continues to only boast about committing adultery repeatedly, throughout multiple email's and letters, she has only written to those, who have just became, only another ex married lover.  And all while she continues to still claim to follow one man, that goes only by the name of god

She actually wrote, "I now get it. My power is in my beauty and by being emotionally available is how I allured you and others and by not shutting you down the moment I saw your interest is where I went wrong and you couldn't control yourself.  I now know that I have that effect on men and that it is powerful... You were my second experience with attracting an addict who couldn't say no to me and my seductive ways... I always choose Mr. Unavailable... Why do I have another married man just waiting to use me to end his shitty marriage? Will I let Him?"  Well folks, the answer to her question is, and has clearly now always been, yes indeed

NH and she both have, and still will, absolutely permit him and apparently many "others", as she so very clearly claims now to have had, to only now use her, as only she refers to it, to just "End his shitty marriage."   While now proudly only boasting if she will now even, "let him?"  To only showing how she only now becomes, the actual final main cause, and apparently just from all her beauty alone, for multiple divorces. And only while she is still claiming to follow only one man, that only goes by the name of god

According to all NH court records now, all this kind of psychotic chaotic cult-like behavior at the end of the day, is nothing more than just another day of a little "Irreconcilable Differences" in a marriage.  Adultery has literally been repeatedly only minimized to nothing more than just another normal "No Fault Divorce."  Even right here now, by one little 21st century beautiful New England granite state, only called New Hampshire.  Believe me when I say, there is absolutely nothing normal about it when you have actually survived from living through adultery while in a NH marriage.  NH apparently chooses to only continue to think this is just another matter of "Irreconcilable Differences", but only clearly, just through many pairs of only fraudulent blind eyes

This same woman even took her adulterous behavior to once again now, quickly join another church.   Just less than a week after immediately being thrown out and banished from her previous church.  Now including, all 4 of her innocent minor children too.  Who unfortunately now had to be also banished with her just because of her continuous adulterous behavior with an actual member of the church.  She actually even refuses to stop and actually follow the real word of god.  And believe me, the deacons of the church truly tried, even by visiting her at her home, before having no other choice, but to expel her and her children from their congregation

She then actually even then brought, the married parishioner with his married co-worker to now join another church alongside with her.  To participate in praising the one god who actually placed it upon both of these married men's hearts now, to actually only be together with hers.  All because both of their now 21 and 25 years of marriage, just suddenly became no longer glorified by her god.  This was based on just her beliefs alone.  Or so we thought.  But apparently now with also the entire NH family judicial branch of government

  My husband actually even had the audacity to call this a "3 WAY LOVE TRIANGLE!" In a very poor attempt to even actually try to explain to me, what they now actually had together. That I clearly was not a participant, and nor would I clearly ever care, to ever become one!  He told me this after he returned from disappearing the morning of Easter Day for the entire day.  As he left that morning he just suddenly told me as he went out the door, "I'm going to start going back to church to try to find god again!"  Supposedly he then later decided to then be courteous, to only now call to tell me, he was now going to just simply go have Easter Day dinner at her parent's with his married co-worker and this woman, now with all 4 of her minor children that she already had from 3 different other men.    Along with her brother, and a sister, who she herself now, within the previous 12 months, had just completed giving up another child for adoption. Clearly this dinner was to only really celebrate what has truly only become, a real 21st century NH style family affair.  Both men with their mistress, along with her entire family now, have shunned and excluded of course, both wives and all their children, from their now first and only marriages that they have ever had.  That were now only no longer considered to be glorified by her god.  And all because her god now, just simply placed it upon both of these husbands and fathers hearts, to now suddenly only be together with hers

She even then later participated in a pastoral care training and certification program called PALM, "Pastoral Authorized Lay Ministry" at the New England Pastoral Institute in Salem, NH.  One can now only clearly assume that she was only now attracted to it's title more so than any kind of actual truthful religious knowledge and education that the class may have actually now taught.  She then was even announced in her new church, and to the rest of society, that she has now actually become a knowledgeable Spiritual and Emotional Guide for those in need.  Hmmmm, so is that what NH is actually now calling it these days?  But only by those who actually found out and knew her background already, but yet still chose to once again, where only blinders to all she is doing, and has even already done in the state of NH

This all now is only while she continues to spread her new versions of god, among other things, with her so called biblical ways, only forced, onto many other unsuspecting wives.  Just only within another different church once again.  Now to only continue a very legal NH quest now, to thoroughly educate even more unsuspecting NH wives, just on how and why they simply now need to embrace and, "Please give your husband a divorce because your marriage now does not glorify god...Only because god has now clearly placed it upon your husband's heart and mine to now be together..." The true reality to all of this insanity is, that when a spouse who strays from the marriage with another, who is not their spouse, would actually only be, the only ones, who would now truly become no longer glorified by any real higher force or god.  To the point when even the word of a real god would still actually even permit a divorce just on the very grounds of adultery.  Commandment No. 7 is,"Thou shall not commit adultery."  Exodus 20:14

The sanctity of marriage is always given noteworthy attention throughout scripture.  Christ reminds us in Matthew 5:27-30 that a marital relationship must truly now only be diligently treated with only great respect, and should always be guarded diligently.  Apparently scripture has only clearly been simply rewritten, just for the entire state of NH

This is actually only one very clear NH adultery case that out of hundreds of thousands, where the only one final conclusion is actually documented by a NH family court judge, that now actually speaks much more louder than any one of the many possible ways adultery can ever actually, or even possibly be committed in the state of NH.  Another clear NH adultery case of adultery was none other than the very famous Blanchflower v Blanchflower case.  Oh dear lord, we are truly very clearly in need of your help now.  In so many more ways than one

In this particular adultery case, the entire NH Supreme Court even actually thoroughly documented in their final decree, the one fact, that they even did not know what "sexual intercourse" even is.  Let alone any of the actual NH family court laws that presently existed.  They actually thoroughly documented a desperate need, to now actually only seek out and acquire, a 42 year old Webster dictionary.  To only define what "Sexual Intercourse" even really means, so they can even now have the definition even for future record!  And only just for this one very particular case alone

They actually then proceeded to go further, and document even a falsely claim, that "sexual Intercourse" was the actual NH adultery law, that they were actually required by law to enforce.   Instead of the actual real NH adultery law that was even voted to keep multiple times now, throughout its entire 260+ years of it's existence

This case was the first and only adultery case in NH's past 100 years of history, to ever be originally degreed on record, as adultery, by an actual NH family court judge.  It also became the only documented case of adultery throughout the entire state of NH.  Who is the only NH family court judge on record, that followed the actual existing state legislative family adultery law, that ever existed.  He even also further knew, how to properly serve and enforce it

TITLE LXII, CRIMINAL CODE CHAPTER 645, NH RSA 645:3 Adultery - A person is guilty of a class B misdemeanor if, being a married person, engages in sexual intercourse with another not his/her spouse or, being unmarried, engages in sexual intercourse with another known by him/her to be married.  Source. 1971, 518:1, 1971, 269:19, eff. July 1, 1992

This was simply once the NH adultery law that was once thoroughly very clearly even written and passed by lawmakers more than once.  As you can very clearly see, they simply once used 2 very important significant words to thoroughly define the NH adultery law throughout over the entire 260+ years of it's existence.  This was the actual NH adultery law that was now voted to be removed entirely now by NH lawmakers in 2015

It thoroughly was accurately and specifically addressing, and then defining adultery to only simply be, the act of "sexual intercourse with another", and not just with the opposite gender.  And all very clearly now for all very good reasons.  "Another" is simply defined in the English dictionary simply as, "One that is Different and in addition to."  Therefore, the law was already very thoroughly was addressing, then establishing, while also including, all other sexual contacts that would be different, but very clearly, in addition now to "sexual intercourse."  To now only be all declared, specifically, only as adultery also.  Clearly there was once even a time when even the NH government, along with only one NH judge, who once new how to thoroughly respect a marriage, and even more so, very importantly, at least once. even respected the state's laws 

Therefore, the NH adultery law had never once ever illiterately specifically specified that, "adultery is limited to circumstances where the spouse has sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite gender...that sexual intercourse does not include all types of sexual contact...that sexual intercourse is limited to sexual acts that could lead to the conception of a baby..."  And most importantly, NH lawmakers back then never were so delusional to ever illiterately specifically specify that, "a homosexual affair does not rise to the level of adultery under New Hampshire law!" when in actualality and in reality, it all very clearly and thoroughly once did, for well over 260+ years of its existence

In Blanchflower v Blanchflower, the wife simply now had no problems with now openly admitting to having an affair with a woman while being married.  Because she just simply claimed she didn't break any NH adultery law according to the still only present day illiterate false definition of adultery, that was only implemented and being enforced throughout the entire state, only by all NH justices.  Instead of any real legislative laws that specifically were already in place, even at the time this case occurred

However, it is still very clear that the lazy NH Supreme Court will continue to only still choose to only, very clearly simplify, but minimize, most legislative laws.  Just to continue to illegally implement non exisisting laws that are all clearly made up, with only much lower than legislative standards.  To now be only followed by the rest of the entire NH Judicial branch of government

NH Lawmakers were never as ignorant and/or as illiterately blind to any one of society's true behaviors that were already being committed, apparently even centuries ago when it came to family law.  That are even also still being committed, even much more so today, now in the 21st century.  Adultery clearly has become much more very different, and even much more viral, and even much more so now, than ever before.    Even thoroughly more clearly so, since the once very respectable times of the historical times of the 1700's

One would now think that within two and a half centuries, one single NH judicial branch of government, could have become capable of actually comprehending by now, not just what "Sexual Intercourse" even is, but even just the meaning of what one simple NH adultery law, really once was.  And would even also now know, every federal and state law, that has ever been written and established by lawmakers for centuries, throughout the entire country

Sadly in NH, it clearly is very apparent now that it has only still remained entirely unclear to this day, why the NH judicial branch of government is still completely incapable to comprehend, never mind, even define and enforce, not just one simple adultery law but many other old, and new laws also, that are established now too.  The NH judicial branch of government was simply also responsible even for inventing and designing, then only strictly enforcing, the one and only Article 73a.  And are even now still very clearly enforcing it still to this day

NH Article 73-a (1978)

Art.] 73-a. [Supreme Court, Administration.] The chief justice of the supreme court shall be the administrative head of all the courts. He shall, with the concurrence of a majority of the supreme court justices, make rules governing the administration of all courts in the state and the practice and procedure to be followed in all such courts. The rules so promulgated shall have the force and effect of law

The last sentence in Article 73A, "The rules so promulgated shall have the force and effect of law", was never included when it was presented to be put to a vote.  It just miraculously illegally appeared and only just suddenly  became miraculously implemented after article 73A was already voted on and passed.  Just only without this last statement ever being heard of,, let alone actually seen, to be legally voted on. But it very clearly is still only being implemented by all NH justices to this very day

Clearly it was only designed once again to only strictly help NH justices to not just have complete and full immunity from all real established legislative laws, but clearly now, Also now have immunity from all the false and fake laws that are only designed and suddenly made up by themselves too.  That are only still being illegally thought up and drafted to still just be implemented even still to this very day

The NH Supreme Court has continued to
illegally only still clearly enforce and only rule this false non existent adultery law throughout many other adultery cases. That are now still even entering their courtrooms today.  Blanchflower v Blanchflower is still even now frequently being only inaccurately referenced even today, by both NH judges and lawyers

Blanchflower v Blanchflower, was the one and only true adultery case to ever be properly decreed as adultery before it was brought before the very illiterate NH Supreme Court itself.  It became the very first and only NH adultery case to ever be recorded on record in history, to accurately ever be ruled as adultery, just by one NH family court judge, in well over the past 100 years.  A law that was in existence for more than the entire state's past 100 years of history

The original judge who actually ruled adultery was the first and only NH judge to accurately ever properly base his ruling only on the existing legislative version of the only NH adultery law at that time.  It was thoroughly written to clearly define all forms of cheating as adultery, and also then actually even voted multiple times and passed, then even multiple more times once again, by only real NH legislators.  So BRAVO, and kudos to the one and only real NH judge that will ever exist throughouout New Hampshire's past, present or future history to come, who actually has a brain, and even was properly educated enough in the past 100 years, to actually even now know how to even use it

In Blanchflower v Blanchflower, the Co-respondent (the wife's mistress) who was named in this case, simply appealed the case now to the NH Supreme Court to only now argue once again, that the original adultery ruling made in this divorce case was incorrect.  Her argument was only based once again, only on the one simple fact, that the ruling did not concur with the now false definition of the law that was now only being implemented by the one and only NH Supreme Court.  And even now, the entire NH judicial branch of government, only still to this day.  Therefore, the NH Supreme Court with only many apparent bias reasons already, clearly did not hesitate to now only very simply now, just quickly agree with her argument.  They simply then immediately overturned the original court ruling of adultery, that was the original cause for this divorce

It is highly unfortunate that when an entire majority of smaller minds that have now collectively been more than once, combined altogether in a NH court of law, apparently now, by both the majority of only both NH judges and lawyers, have only now clearly been proving to actually be, just only incapable for years, of simply producing the same intellence as only one single great one does, and even with the clear proper use and simple aid of a dictionary. If and when they are actually even now, combined together in a court of law.  Unfortunately, such as they apparently are, only in the state of NH. This is truly one branch of government who only now knows one rule.  And that is the one and only, just keep it simple stupid rule

Another great example of the NH judicial branch of government's continual evidence of ignorant reckless illiterate and lazy behavior that shall never cease and become the least of our worries.  Is when the NH Supreme Court immediately now just threw together and actually designed the NH family court rule 1.25A, that became effective now in 2011

It became immediately effective after I went public with my divorce by pointing out all of their inaccurate but very clearly shameful illiterate documentary of most NH laws.  Now thoroughly recorded throughout history.  And even more so now, the lack of evidence recorded information, within my divorce record by both NH judges and one lawyer.  Also now showing other multiple court cases, that have only now just recorded, or lacked recording information, the same on record too

This clearly goes to show at least there is truly one good reason we have to now truly love modern technology.  It has been able to now thoroughly give a true account of history that is thoroughly substantiated even throughout videos and audio recordings now being done daily throughout many NH police stations and courtrooms across the country

Both NH judges and lawyers have still clearly remained too incompetent to even now follow all but one single statement made throughout the entire NH rule 1.25a.  Only establishing point of fact, that the NH Judicial branch of government will continue to cause so much, even more costly chaos, if that is even possible in NH, from just such clear illegal lazy stupidity.  This rule simply lists and states all the financial and all the property information that is now required by the courts.  To now all be submitted within 45 Days from the filing of a divorce, or parenting petition, by both parties, or 10 days prior to a hearing whichever comes first

But it then also suddenly sneaks in and drop's the whopper of a bomb now by also now, actually just clearly stating, that both parties may now also illegally "redact all" the statements and documents first before their actually submitted to the courts for evidence.  As it was carefully designed and drafted, then only clearly but purposely thought out, and then documented in the one statement below.  That now was only established once again, by the one and only lazy illegal NH Supreme Court.  That now is once again, only implemented, by the entire illegal NH judicial branch of government

The parties may redact (edit) all but the last four digits of any account numbers and social security numbers that appear on any statements or documents

This now clearly means that "all" actual evidence requested by the NH family court system, such as possibly entire phone records, emails, receipts, letters, notes, and memos, property deeds and "any" transaction dates that are on any financial investments or loan statement, and retirement statements or documents, along with "any" descriptions of each transaction, including with "any" and/or "all" dollar amounts that are even now documented on "any statements or documents", can all now even be illegally "redacted" first.  All according to the directions from the one and only illegal NH Supreme Court, and now even the entire illegal NH judicial branch of justice system.  Believe me, when I say, it would take the size of multiple sets of encyclopedias to actually print and cover all and every single error the entire Judicial family branch of government has ever made alone

It is also now permitting either/or both parties to also now, "redact all" routing numbers, branch locations, addresses and phone numbers, and any names/persons of contact, and/or persons of interest, like the actual beneficiaries on each account, and/or actual property deeds with names of "any" and "all" financial institutions on them now, all because they are now illegally told by the one and only entirely illegal NH Supreme court, along with now the entire illegal NH judicial branch of government, who  clearly now says we can all now just simply illegally "redact all but the last four digits of any account numbers and social security numbers that appear on any statement or documents" first.  That is only now suppose to be the actual evidence to be present to a NH judge in a court of law.  NH legal justice simply does not exist in NH and apparently very clearly never will

It apparently has also now been taking just too much of their time for any one NH family court judge to just once again, simply comprehend any laws, never mind even now actually thoroughly view evidence, and apparently to even attempt, to comprehend. "any" and/or "all" of the evidence now too

  NH clearly is only now making all family court records actually now just only appear as just a pile of redacted UFO siting files that would only now come from the White House, Pentagon, FBI or CIA.  That will now very clearly only support nothing pertaining to the actual facts now, never mind even following the actual laws.  Completely nothing which is what they have already been basing all their court rulings on for years now anyway

This now means they will still continue to illegally legalize such crimes, such as my ex husband had committed when he simply illegally whited out account numbers and multiple descriptions of transactions, so as to not to disclose whom, what, and/or possibly where, a combined hidden total of $23,000 was even spent, and that was just an 8 month period alone, only just from one single account alone

If anything, the NH judicial branch of government are thoroughly now the ones, who definitely now needs to cease and desist immediately. This is the judicial justice system that all NH residents have paid millions of dollars each year for, and this is only just for the entire past century.  And only clearly for such thoroughly documented stupidity

NH justices have clearly been obviously taking great pride with their complete abuse of power and full immunity, from all laws, that are actually even real laws, along now with apparently, all their illegal fake made up ones now too!  To the point of even very simply now proudly drafting and documenting the rules, in very simple directions, on how to break the law very simply alongside of them.  Apparently now granting all NH residents immunity from certain laws now along with them too.  Just from all their continuous illiterate efforts to only now just, "attempt to do so or solicits another to do so...by any threatening letter or communication influences...or by endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States..."  Just exactly like my ex husband and his wife, who only just was his co-worker's simultaneously shared Welfare fraud committing prostitute of a mistress first.  Who was now only already divorced twice with 4 children by 3 other different men, all before the age of 37.  And then married for the 3rd time by the age of 40, and all only very proudly now, on how she exactly legally became my ex husband's new wife, only all right here in NH

A husband who apparently now even simultaneously had shared her willingly in the false name of god for a brief six months even with a married co-worker, who now just only simply had her first.  But let's not forget how she got that proud,but apparently all very legal title.  This clearly is NOT the "proper administration of the law", and nor is any of this the, "proper exercise of the power", as clearly defined in the 18 U.S.C. § 1505 : US Code - Section 1505: Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committee

All women, men, lawyers and even above all NH judges, who are apparently now clearly paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each year with benefits included, to now just agree with this 21st century cynical but still illogical mentality of, "if you cant beat them, just join them" attitude, should really just be committed and then throw away the key

Other studies completed in 2016, have now strongly supported that well over 50% of divorces in the United States alone, were only initiated when a spouse had to finally find out that their husband or wife chose to now commit adultery above any and all existing problems that may have already existed in their marriage.  Instead of actually choosing to work on the actual problems they already have had first.  Never possibly being even capable of having a marriage only until their actual deaths, and only then would it actually only be, when they would they only then just part.  Instead of now just putting off what then becomes now the inevitable 3 way divorce. The magical number 3 has now become the real true final main cause for most divorces now clearly happening throughout the entire land of the free, the United States of America

Money now is becoming a very close second, because they both are now ultimately becoming a close dynamic costly duo that go hand in hand in more ways than one when adultery is being committed in most marriages.  This is what is apparently now happening now throughout the entire country

It still remains logically very clear that adultery cannot just be forgiven or worked out in most marriages and should truly never have to be.  Broken trust now in the majority of most marriages today, still remains the ultimate deal breaker.  The majority are not willing to financially invest and support a lifetime of broken trust on a daily basis for the rest of their lives.  Even if it's in the false name of god now in the 21st century in one little New England granite state of NH.  It changes and affects the entire family and home life on so many different levels

Many NH attorneys now, only have chosen to actually now attempt to argue many of these facts. While now also claiming that adultery is just another form of human nature, that has apparently now only sadly become a fact of life.  That will just still remain to difficult to prove in a court of law.  Only according to now, apparently many lazy NH court judges, with only fraudulent blind eyes, who only rule by only many illegal made up false laws.  who actually only continue to agree with nothing but only simple lazy illiterate stupidity

Sadly, this is clearly going to continue happening in many marriages while there are those, who remain just too lazy to legally step up and do anything about it.  This is truly a very sad time for only any future generations having to now grow up in NH.  There are simply no consequences for committing adultery in this state and even throughout the entire country

The United States has literally taken, "The land of the free" a little to literal these days. NH family courts has even been claiming for years, that adultery is now an equivalent problem that is only caused in their minds anyway, by both spouses when the actual adultery has only been actually committed by one spouse.  Well when Princess Diana told the world that there were 3 people in her own marriage, and it was actually just a bit crowded, has now become the understatement of the entire past 20th and 21st century, to say the least.  While it now is only becoming just as crowded throughout the majority of most American divorces, just throughout the USA alone

Present and future generations to come, clearly are only raised just by society's repetitive mistakes that are now only being repeatedly taught throughout an entire country. Society throughout the US has only repeatedly shown how the majority of the entire country is truly lacking empathy towards working together to producing any kind of a solid humane commitment towards family and one another, never mind even bothering to actually attempt to enforce it throughout an entire country.  Even if it is just in marriages alone

This fact has been supported repeatedly by the numbers of serial marriages that are now repeatedly happening such as my ex husband's mistress, who has now become a wife once again.  Apparently now only in her 3rd legal (open) marriage all before the age of 40 even right here in NH.  While continuing to even now legally commit adultery even in the false name of god, that is now only clearly permitted in the state of NH

People's attitude now going into a marriage these days, is to obviously just assume now that, "one can always just cheat first, and only costly divorce later.  Only IF one gets caught.  So why not just simply reap all the benefits of both until then."  People are even entering fraudulent marriages that have been now happening for years just for all the benefits alone that you can only receive today if only married in the USA. Marriages now have truly become a serial art form throughout America.  The only land of the very free, now by just being repeatedly practiced by many

Couples throughout the USA actually have truly made the invention of "open marriages" now a very real but legal existing lifestyle choice, that is unfortunately now suddenly being mostly considered by only one spouse instead of both spouses actually now agreeing to it.  Exactly like my ex husband and his new wife.  Just to now only continue to gain all the benefits the USA has to offer, or from each other.  That is just only to those who are married

Marriage has truly become a hypocritical fraudulent commitment that is now very costly to end, but very beneficially worth more so enough to still only keep repeatedly doing it over and over again just in this country alone.  Just for all the benefits alone that are gained only just from a marriage in the USA alone.  Americans have truly taken freedom where freedom has never been truly such a free choice, to only repeatedly have gone before

Such studies that are performed yearly by the CDC and/or even by private research that is done on actual family court records themselves, have now only become substantial growing evidence.  That only continues to be repeated with the same resulting problem.  That only becomes much more greater then what was already previously discovered earlier on

Even all the minimized lenient final court rulings that are continually being recklessly made on record by the majority of only lazy court judges, who have only continued to make no sense from their own lack of information and evidence, that they themselves have even ridiculously even made up. out of no where, and then even actually documented it, even in their own final rulings

Different forms of adultery is still even being committed repeatedly throughout our politicians, who are suppose to be leaders in government throughout the entire country.  Even the commander and chief of the United States of America himself, has now even cleared his calendar to have the time to even participate himself in  such a pandemic that even became viral and even known throughout the entire country

We presently even now have the first president of the United States of America himself, who has now even been married 3 times himself, and well known for also committing adultery too.  All of these facts have truly become a catalyst like NH, that is now only recklessly going to continue to increasing what is unnecessarily now, already recklessly costing 16 billion dollars in healthcare, all unnecessarily, just to now only treat sexually transmitted diseases alone

It truly is clearly not enough these days to only verbalize how much adultery is wrong on so many levels.  Or even just how very capable it is of also simply transmitting infections such as chlamydia, hepatitis and syphilis, and even the possibility of HIV, that still has yet to even detour many Americans from clearly still committing adultery.  Sadly woman described such as this one do exist.  This goes far beyond any simple "Irreconcilable differences" that any marriage could possibly have to experience.  It is simply pure insanity that is purposely only recklessly inflicted and only now purposely even legally enforced onto others

Even with an entire library of law books at their disposal, NH has clearly proven now to be only useless until NH judges and clearly the majority of some lawyers too, are properly educated even now on how to even properly use an entire dictionary from A to Z that are actually already defining laws throughout the entire state of NH, and the entire country.  This would quickly resolve at least one big major part of the problem.  Actually getting a NH judge to actually retain and enforce what they might have even been taught, is apparently clearly the other

With all the growing technology we now have right at our fingertips today, has now clearly opened a whole new can of worms in the 21st century.  It will continue to only become worse if the United States family court system continues on this very lazy dangerous path, by only refusing to actually grow and evolve to what today's reality of living with modern technology really is doing to family relations.  Or what it is even now doing to just general real human relationships even between each another

Sadly the choices being made and committed now by many Americans have clearly now grown to care that much more less today than those of yester years. Especially by this country's family court system. Who now once actually truly enforced the respect of what a real marital union and family truly is, and deserves to be again, in more ways than one.  And finally, only truly really be in marriage until only death would they only actually then, part

The old NH adultery law use to even cover emotional infidelity, and even mechanical (sex toys) infidelity, and/or all the endless hours of now even the new electronic age of infidelity, that has now even been invented and is now existing throughout all of today's modern day living.  That has now only become even more of a threat to only todays techno age of living

Even "Techno Cheating" on a significant other or spouse has actually now been legally invented and labeled, while now also becoming very viral by the constant accessibility now only being made, that still is becoming even bigger and better now.  And only all through modern day technology.  It is even now being referred to as the new modern day very legal invention of "Hook Up Apps."  That are only now making it so much easier to cheat in the 21st century.  Now just with all the accessible uses of private cell phones and computers now used in the majority of private homes, or on the go, in cars, at work, libraries, and even simply at a coffee shop now, have all become a very big part of our now 24 hours a day living

Today's technology is always initially invented for much greater purposes, but have only ultimately truly caused the increased numbers of adultery to be more accessible than ever before.  To now only be very easily committed.  We now have to face another reality that it truly has clearly become the only chosen way to now even end most relationships too.  Having a monogamist relationship for life such as what marriage use to truly mean in America, is clearly becoming very quickly extinct in this once great country, now with the loss of past generations of old.  That are now dying and taking all and any respect for marriage and family, that has now apparently has only been quickly just fading and dying along with them

  Apparently many statistics have now shown that there are clearly many different forms of adultery being committed now that has apparently been A.O.K. with many family court judges.  Who only minimize and claim all of this behavior still in the end, only as a "No Fault Divorce just from Irreconcilable Differences."  Now according to all NH court records

All cell phone records, texting records, and all email records should now also be automatically a requirement to be submitted to the courts without being all illegally redacted first.  The same goes for all required forms of any personal financial banking and property records, again without being all illegally court ordered now to be redacted first.  Both emails and texting can depict much of what was actually happening in a marriage in more ways than one.  Employers should not be allowing employees any personal cell phone calls or texting and personal email communications that is all non work related without consequences while on the employers dime and time

This is a major security issue for many government contracted corporations here in America who still are even now recklessly permitting employees equipped with cell phones that are also all very equipped with cameras, video, and audio recording devices, to now be capable of just entering their facilities.   Society has survived without cell phones while on the job for centuries and can do it again. Sadly, cheating in a marriage or even now on even an employer's dime and time, is just as naturally common and now very easily done as just simply riding a bicycle.  Cheaters may only be viewed as bad, while cheating clearly still remains very hypocritically committed throughout one entire country

A Solid commitment towards marriage and family can and will now only teach how to grow a solid strong nation who could now actually begin to work towards a solid unity throughout the entire country.  It all begins in the home.  Actions have consequences that is now still growing to only negatively domino throughout an entire country and even throughout it's government too.  While it still remains only recklessly being hypocritically supported by too many lenient and lazy government branches now throughout the USA

NO Judicial branch of government in the United States of America should ever simply have the right to write and illegally enforce false laws, or any false US codes, and rules, either federal and/or state, that are only being illegally reestablished by judges.  Who are only being prejudicially bias, hypocritical, and so illiterately lazy to actually now proudly only document the directions on how to just illegally oppose all laws, US codes, and rules, either federal and/or state, including the Constitution of the United States of America, such as the state of NH now still remains so illegally reckless on doing

Nor should they be given the right to continually ignore actual evidence of crimes capable of supporting any criminal activity by now permitting any and all evidence to just be illegally redacted without any legal repercussions upon themselves and/or others guilty of committing any one or more such crimes in the state of NH

All NH judges and apparently the majority of all NH lawyers too, have definitely required the clear need for oversight on everything they actually say and do.  While they only continue to now fraudulently illegally claim it now all only in the false name of god and/or even now in the false name of justice

NH needs and deserves a legal court system educated enough to automatically enforce any and all laws that are already in place by lawmakers to begin with.  The only part of the NH adultery law that should have ever been removed was the part that made adultery a crime, as a class B misdemeanor for prosecution in a criminal court of law.  This was the only part of the original NH adultery law that was constantly complained about by the majority of both NH lawmakers, lawyers, and law enforcement to begin with

All actions entirely portrayed by NH's individual branches of lazy government have now had extremely serious consequences. NH clearly is now only a state who chooses to only make chaotic problems such as continuing to still only participate in proudly producing 20 million new cases of STD's, each and every year now throughout the entire country.  That is now already recklessly costing people 16 billion in healthcare costs, clearly all unnecessarily

If the majority of the United States Family Court system along with the state of NH, and the nation's capital, DC, were to actually think and act more with their heads and less with their cynical crotch, to lead by example, families in the US would possibly have allot more respect for marriage, and would even possibly work on actually participating in the one true art of real solidarity to a monogamist lifetime commitment, and possibly now to even more than just marriage.  By actually only really participating and teaching and implementing everything that was once actually being taught to be right or wrong pertaining to family.  At least about the one real true solid meaning of what real family unity truly is.  Only solid strong healthy families can produce and make a true solid strong healthy country in the end.  It will only begin in the home

Many people question today why it has become so voodoo just to label a "Scarlett Letter", on a persons character, as being a cheater and an adulterer on record that should require and include strong repercussions by law also.  Such as it is simply done with murderers, rapist, and pedophilia, has now yet to simply be answered in today's society.  There should be automatic costly repercussions in place by law for committing adultery

If a marriage is over 15 years, the financial and property division should automatically only be a 70/30 split, and any marriage from just 24 hours to 15 years should automatically be 65/45 split if the divorce is proven to be based on adultery.  All phone, text, and email records would automatically further give answers to any and/or all activity being committed in a marriage today.  There is absolutely no excuse that can justify cheating and committing adultery in any form while in a marriage.  A marital union is suppose to be an open no secrecy partnership that becomes 100% united as one. No doors are closed unless agreed and stated clearly in a pre-nuptial agreement. Adultery has now apparently become the ultimate leading choice for the majority of Americans to commit while in and even out of marriage now too.  That is now ultimately causing the inevitable end in what becomes now a messy 3 way divorce that now even has been clearly approved and permitted by each NH branch of government

Even US television networks are not helping by accepting and proudly producing 8pm and 9pm evening family reality shows like "Sister Wives" now hypocritically showing a man legally living with multiple wives having multiple children as an actual legal reality way of life apparently clearly legally permitted here in the United States of a very free America.  Again to even do so without any repercussions by law

  People are truly not being held responsible for their reckless actions.  America truly has freely grown to become the immoral "land of the free."  Actions will only now continue to very clearly speak much louder than words.  For many around the world, marriage use to be just a monogamist union only between two people for life.  Modern technology has clearly only made humanity relationships clearly only even that much more weaker

When you say bestiality, you can hear the word beast, which is a very good clue to the meaning.  The fact that this act is now present enough to actually be invented and actually added to our vocabulary to be defined in the English dictionaries speaks volumes.  The one most important fact is that the majority of over 400 NH legislators, Senators and even the Governor of NH, have actually now felt the required need to put their time and energy into actually only making and passing a law against this act.  These actions only have now screamed even much more louder than any vocabulary is capable to describe.  People who like bestiality are people who like having sex with animals.  Clearly NH’s government now felt a far more greater need to make a Bestiality law now in NH instead of any solid adultery law in NH that would actually also now need to actually be implemented and now clearly enforced

In NH, we definitely now know one fact.  All heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, and/or even oral sexual contact, between one or both spouses with any and/or all others who are not their spouse, is still and always has been, all now very legally capable of possibly transmitting chlamydia, hepatitis, syphilis, and/or even HIV, even without and/or now even within a marriage

So the results to having NH residents being habitually married 3 or more times along with the government's lenient response to all of these actions now are?  Statistics and history once again, has now only produced and have shown that NH has now became the No. 2 state in the nation suffering with binge drinking children now between the ages of 12 to 20.  Records have also supported that the majority of each and every one of them have at one time or another, either they themselves, or their immediate family, have been forced to comply with a NH rogue family court judge's ridiculous and reckless insane court order that is based on  absolutely no evidence, and apparently now no laws or even just false laws now too!   Now with rulings only actually being based on completely nothing!  While still only proudly recording all their still laziness and reckless incompetence to enforce any and all real federal and/or state laws already in existence throughout the entire country

Men have even murdered their own children and then killed themselves, both even directly right in front of a trusted NH court approved NH Guardian Ad litem. That happened all recklessly in a building that was to cheap to even have anyone to turn on, never mind even supervise, the metal detectors at the front door at the entrance.  A NH man even pored gasoline all over his entire body and set fire to himself purposely on the front steps of the entrance of a NH court house and ended up burning to his death.  While others were rushing to his aide in attempts to frantically save him from his own pain but failed.  All caused from just the involvement in a family court case in NH

I myself was court ordered to sell the only roof I had left over my head, and to only live out of my car, without any financial means to survive.  Never mind forcing me to be incapable of paying for required medications that were preventing heart attacks and/or strokes.  All just so my husband could now simply be made financially comfortable to only financially support a Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, divorced twice, already with 4 minor children by 3 other different men, that he was even willing to even now simultaneously share for a brief time with a married co-worker.  All just because both their marriages apparently were now no longer glorified by god, and it was only god who put it upon both their hearts for both men to now be with such a woman, now in the 21st century

I did end up hospitalized for over several weeks in and out of ICU in 4 different hospitals, from having a stroke with multiple complications from a blood clot that now had to be removed from the right frontal lobe of my brain.  That also required multiple surgeries and a dozen blood transfusions to just even keep me alive within the first 3 weeks of my stroke.  That now has permanently disabled me for the rest of my life at the age of 51

The taxpaying people of NH are now forced to pay for this stupidity, while my ex husband and his Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a wife are capable to own a new residential home, along with a lake home, vehicles and even a new motorcycle, cars and boats, vacations and toys only purchased by theft of finances saved from a 21 year marriage that was not even together their own

People are purposely being only reduced to homelessness, and forced to their insanity and deaths, by constant ignorant and arrogant stupidity continually enforced only by NH rogue judges who are recklessly ruling on people's lives with their continual abuse of power in government.  Still with immunity from all real valid and/or now even fake laws too.  Illegally made up by judges who are still only refusing to comply with all written and defined laws that were already legally passed by legislators

For example, in my case, adultery was treated the same as any other "No Fault Divorce" case.  It has been clearly  establish and documented how all NH judges question and concentrate on what the innocent spouse is being accused of doing in a divorce.  Even if it was decades ago.  Just to now desperately find and place blame now on any ridiculous reason, to now desperately only claim it  as the equivalent cause for the other spouse to commit adultery.  The reality is, that there is absolutely no reason let alone an equivalent one, that can ever be capable of  minimizing, excusing and justifying, why one spouse chooses to commit any form of adultery in a marriage before ultimately now causing the marriage to finally end in a messy 3 way divorce

For another example, in my case, Marital Master Love clearly stated in my divorce decree that my 50% part in the breakdown of my marriage was just my, "conviction, and always screaming and yelling."  Which was actual anger about my ex husband constantly lying about his affair, now with a Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, that he simultaneously even was willing to share at one point with his married coworker.  While he simply did everything as their mistress had only directed both men to do

Like close all our joint accounts, and then immediately remove me as his beneficiary off of his almost half a million dollar life insurance policy, clearly not caring if I lost the house during a divorce if he had died in the process.  All now without my knowledge while during his affair before and throughout the 2 years it took to divorce.  After he filed for divorce he just suddenly started to immediately shut off my cell phone first just to purchase 5 new cell phone contracts for his mistress with 4 children.  He then began shutting off the utilities one by one to pay for hers, also upon his prostitute of a mistress's orders to do so

I had to find out from my ex husband's married co-worker who was simultaneously having an affair with this same mistress, that my husband was doing all of this all only under their shared mistress's orders.  This was why she chose my husband over his married co-worker.  He would simply do all as he was told to do, while the co-worker refused to have any direct harm come to his wife and children in any way by following her orders.  She even vented out all her frustrations about this to the co-worker in an email saying, "When I'm with you I feel great and hurt at the same time. When I'm around Roger things are just simple and I have a friend to talk to, laugh with and get stuff done.  Why can't you be that with me? Why do I have another married man just waiting to use me to end his shitty marriage? Will I let Him?"  Well evidently we all found out the truth in the end.  She definitely will, and he definitely did, only with an extremely high price to only always be paid at the expense of others.  Including the entire NH judicial branch of government

My private investigator even caught my husband one evening on video kissing her on the lips after she got out of her car. And when they were leaning up against the front of her SUV, he had his arm around her shoulders for it all to be seen in broad daylight in a park in Londonderry, NH

 She was doing all the talking, and he was quietly doing all the listening in this one particular video. Just as the co-worker had described to me.  My husband was simply just constantly nodding his head up and down in the video, just quietly agreeing to every thing she directed him to do.  This went on for over several minutes in the video.  She was definitely his puppet master, and he clearly was her puppet on a string, just agreeing with everything she was telling him to do

I found out later during the divorce that my husband by premeditated design, was already preparing to divorce me before his adultery was even caught.  He had been secretly withdrawing and draining his 401K for the past 12 years of our marriage without my knowledge, stealing thousands of dollars saved from our marriage, apparently only to now support his prostitutes that he was now even willing to simultaneously share with his married co-worker and then even later married

He had premeditated and planned a hidden nest egg for when he felt he was financially ready to quickly divorce me.  Knowing he would be leaving me purposely with no capable means to fight back with, or evenly fairly split so that I might even stand the chance to even survive it.  He stole thousands of our marital life savings that he would not have been capable of having, had he been single, to only pay for all his divorce fees and none of mine.  While he only continued to also just splurge all our money on a simultaneously shared Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, already divorced twice with 4 minor children by 3 other different men, that he even willingly simultaneously shared at one time even with his married co-worker.  This is what was simply declared all as just a little "Irreconcilable Differences" defining a "No Fault Divorce" only in a NH court of law in the state of NH

So evidently, according to NH Marital Master Love, my "conviction, screaming and yelling" over such minimal matters was apparently my equivalent problem that was equivalent to my husband's decision to commit grand theft for the last 12 years of our 21 year marriage to support his adultery.  All of this is exactly what the NH family courts simply categorized in writing no less as just 50/50 in another everyday occurrence that is a very common natural "No Fault Divorce by Irreconcilable Differences", that broke apart another marriage

I even submitted to the courts all the hallmark cards he purposely but fraudulently was giving to me with gifts on every wedding anniversary, my birthday, Christmas, or even Valentine's Day, during the past several months before he even filed for divorce.  The cards would always strategically specifically specify how much I will always mean to him, and how much I do for him and how I was always his whole world, and how much he always loves me, etc., etc., etc.  He even would purposely but very fraudulently would even hand write, "I will always love you, love Roger" at the bottom of the cards

  In the end, it was he who ended up immediately running petrified with fear and guilt to his attorney from being finally caught, to quickly file for divorce before I did just 4 days after his mistress's neighbor caught my private investigator watching her house, and informed the both of them

My husband and his mistress then immediately even ran scared directly to the Londonderry NH police station that evening to find out what they could do about it and file a complaint. The Londonderry Police verified that a private investigator was indeed legally in the area and even gave them my private investigator's name.  To think all of this was only just a common little "No Fault Divorce by Irreconcilable Differences" that caused the break up of our marriage all accordingly to the NH courts

Marital Master Love also questioned in the divorce decree, testimony that was given, that was trying to portray me as the one lying in the divorce.  But (OOPs!) she purposely omitted and made no mention about BOTH my ex husband and his attorney, whom did NOT question, testify against, object or deny to, any testimony that was given supporting one important fact.  That on October 12, 2007, my ex husband had even actually admitted to a Nashua police officer in front of me, that he was lying to both his attorney and myself (apparently another direct order by his mistress) all throughout the divorce

This was a persistent problem having to constantly be repeatedly addressed throughout our entire divorce.  Only through multiple costly correspondence repeatedly through constant letters and phone calls that had to be made between his attorney and mine.  His attorney, Richard C. Follender had only one response to this testimony/information now given in court.  He was standing behind his table in the courtroom, now just staring downward at the file in front of him.  Only with frustrating guilt from his own knowledge, already knowing that this testimony was now all completely true

The only response he could think of to give in his client's defense, was to just quietly only mumble softly now with guilt under his breath, "That question wasn't asked", while he remained still staring down at the file on the table in front of him.  He was so full of guilt, he never even lifted his head once, to even once look at and respectfully even make eye contact with the judge when he spoke

While during a line of questioning by my attorney to one of my witnesses, which was the wife of my husband's co-worker.  His attorney, Richard C. Follender's body language began to suddenly scream with tensely filled frustration towards his own client seated right next to him.  The co-worker's wife testified that she called my house while I was at work to leave a message, and did not expect my husband to be trespassing and now actually angrily answering my home phone when he saw her name on the caller I.D.  She had to repeatedly stand her ground by repeatedly telling him over and over again, "What your doing IS WRONG Roger, IT... IS...WRONG!"  Roger only had one cold stupid arrogant response to her pain that was already inflicted by the same simultaneously shared welfare fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, whom her own husband simultaneously now shared with mine. His response was, "who are you to judge!?!"  Attorney Follender, being suddenly shocked by her testimony, remained quietly seated behind his table in the courtroom, with both elbows on the table in front of him until then.  At that moment he just suddenly rolled his eyes back, then lifted both of his hands up to catch his forehead as he dropped it into each of the palms of his hands, and just began holding and suddenly shaking his head, No, No, No!  Now as if to say, oh god, please tell me this really isn't happening.  He then immediately angrily lifted his head upright, extremely very fed up with disgust, and just gave a quiet quick but angry passing glare. Now towards his own client (Roger Brosor), as if to say, SERIOUSLY?  YOU ACTUALLY DID THAT?  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  My husband just remained in his same quiet arrogant stoned face position, seated in his chair, with no reaction to anything negative that was being said about him in a court of law throughout both days of the trial

Attorney Follender along with my husband both, did not question, testify against, object or deny this testimony or any other negative testimony given about my husband for that matter, spoken on my behalf.  My husband did indeed commit Perjury among many other crimes and I told the truth

Attorney Follender who apparently does no research on his own clients stories, like many other lawyers, just continued to illegally commit Perjury and chaos himself while continually supporting only my ex husband's lies, and was permitted to simply be paid thousands of dollars by our marital funds to do so.  Now, with absolutely no repercussions from breaking and obstructing the law on my husband's behalf.  Exactly like many other NH lawyers do in many other cases

This is a crime committed daily throughout the NH Family Courts, that is just simply very recklessly costly to only you, and illegally ignored and apparently permitted by all NH judges, and with absolutely no repercussions by law.  My husband told so many lies to his own attorney, that at one point at the end of the second and final day of the trial, even my husband had to correct his own attorney's mixed up perjury, during attorney Follender's cross examination of my husband.  On when the actual time period really was, that I actually kept a diary on my husband.  My husband, for whatever reason at that point, decided to actually correct his lies to his own attorney while now in a court of law.  By doing so, he now confirmed that my testimony was the absolute truth in now what was clearly only an illiterate court of law

Marital Master Love never once mentioned the NH Voodoo word adultery in my divorce decree, or mentioned my ex husband's testimony admitting he used a voice activated recorder to illegally Audio Tape record our conversations and then played them back to others in NH.  This happens to be also illegal and a felony in NH, which is a 2 party state by law. She made no mention of the grand theft he committed throughout the marriage, by draining his 401k just so he can afford his divorce fees and support a prostitute already with 4 children by 3 other different men while this women was already also illegally now collecting welfare

There was no mention of the private investigator's testimony with videos and/or even his report that supported the evidence of adultery which was also at that time, a class B misdemeanor in NH at the time of my divorce.  She never ordered any said amount of money for marital funds to be returned back to me from all the grand theft he committed throughout the last 12 years of our marriage, that he clearly stole and recklessly splurged on his and his co-worker's simultaneously shared Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, already with 4 children by 3 other different men, all throughout the 2 years it took for us to divorce, only leaving what little was left, if anything, to divide when the divorce finalized

She made no mention of the fact that she had to order attorney Follender to treat his own client, my husband, as a hostile witness, just 2 minutes after the trial had begun.  Her exact words were, "He's a hostile witness, treat him as such!", directly after my husband gave his first response to attorney Follender's very first question to his own client.  She made no mention of any of the emails submitted as evidence, of Witness Tampering and Bribery, all supported by the emails written by the co-respondent.  Who was my husband's simultaneously shared prostitute of a mistress.  Who desperately now tried very hard to tamper with my witness, who was my husband's married co-worker, that now became just only another one of her ex married lovers for very apparent reasons

In her emails to the co-worker, she was trying to bribe him by actually believing all her delusional statements of self grandeur that she actually wrote about herself in her emails to her ex married lovers.  That said things like, "I now get it.  My power is in my beauty...who couldn't say no to me and my seductive ways...I now know that I have that effect on men and it is powerful...I can own my power and use it for good."  She even arrogantly offers her services back to the co-worker by now referring to it, as now a so-called "friendship", while she is already engaged to now marry my husband.  Only under the one condition, that he first agrees to now write an apology to my husband and a letter to the courts now stating I was telling lies. Which he refused to do and never did.  Apparently she clearly found out that her so called "power over men" that she so proudly grandiosely boasted and arrogantly preaches to have, quickly only became very apparent to only just being extremely all very false and very grandiosely delusional

Her exact words were still arrogant but angry now because I now named her as the co-respondent in my divorce.  She wrote in her emails to the co-worker, "You aren't the one on trial in front of a judge in 29 days and having your children and your home at stake now are you?... You have helped a very destructive and sick woman to destroy our friends life long work and earnings... I want justice for Roger..."I need" (NOT ANYTHING ROGER BROSOR MIGHT NEED  NOW?) you to fix the damage you have caused Roger by writing him an apology and a letter to the court saying that Jean is manipulating the courts with half truths turned into lies...Don't ignore my request, it's on the table until the end of today, after that you will have to read old email to stay connected to me because I will be done communicating with you in every and any way...A friendship with you would be so much better than what we now have." So who actually really is the very "sick and destructive and manipulating woman" now in this divorce?  According to The US Code - Section 1505: Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees, that clearly states - Whoever corruptly, or by threats or force, or by any threatening letter or communication influences, obstructs or impedes, or endeavors to influence, obstruct, or impede the due and proper administration of the law under which any pending proceeding is being had before any department or agency of the United States..."  well evidently it apparently appears to only be her

That my friends, is simply referred to as Witness Tampering and Bribery.  Which apparently happens to also be very illegally acceptable to do these days throughout legal proceedings before trial by the one and only NH Judicial Branch of government.  During the 2 years it took to divorce my husband and his simultaneously shared Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, there were episodes of her having psychotic tantrums with her flushing entire rolls of paper towels down the toilets in my home, costing my husband hundreds of dollars to repair if he still wanted the house to be sold.  My car also was being keyed on the driver side door at work, and the air was let out of all 4 of my tires 5 times throughout the divorce, in retail store parking lots, at my home, and even at work.  In the end Marital Master Love and Superior Criminal Court Judge Groff just commonly ruled all of this psychotic ruthless cult like chaos as simply just another routine "No Fault Divorce" and just a common minimal "Irreconcilable Differences" that simply broke apart my marriage and brought on even a stroke

The irony in all this stupidity, is that in the end, I was the one discriminated against by the courts.  I was penalized, and court ordered to never live with the opposite sex or even marry for the first 5 years after my divorce.  If I want to see any alimony paid back to me that was only money already owed to me from 21 years of marriage to begin with.  But it was A.O.K. for my husband to file for divorce, then move in and live with his co-workers simultaneously shared Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, already divorced twice with 4 children by 3 other different men, while already being even engaged to marry her, to only become her 3rd husband, all before she reached the age of 40, and all without him even being legally separated from me yet, and it all just happened all within one day

It was also A.O.K for my husband to splurge and financially support himself and his co-workers simultaneously shared Welfare Fraud committing prostitute of a mistress, already  divorced twice with already 4 minor children by 3 other different men, now only with all of our marital funds only saved from our 21 years of marriage, now during a time she just happened to be investigated for committing Welfare fraud for having other women's husbands now living under her roof with their entire income.  The courts even permitted them to marry the very next day after the divorce finalized.  They were even made financially capable to finance and purchase a home with a 3 car garage just 6 months after the divorce, while he barely was paying half of what he now owes, returned to me only by small monthly alimony payments

My ex husband was also court ordered off the property during the divorce unless he had my permission first.  when I said no, he was ringing my doorbell ten minutes later and I had to call the police.  He was only willing to leave after the police showed up, who refused to press charges for Contempt of Court if he would just quietly leave

Clearly my ex husband along with his NH second hand simultaneously shared prostitute of a mistress, who now is proudly his 2nd wife, whom now  is in her third open marriage, whom he once even simultaneously shared with his married co-worker.  Only god knows how many "others" there truly are that she claims in her emails to have had, while apparently having zero respect for real religion, even a real god, marriage or even family, or even the law itself.  They both were never charged for their crimes or lies that he even confessed to committing in a court of law. The list goes on and on and on

Marital master Love actually even gave the Co-respondent (his mistress) the option as to whether or not she would like to take the stand in her own defense.  She also asked her if she had legal counsel.  That's when attorney Follender immediately jumped up and requested a recess.  MM Love immediately scolded him saying he was not the co-respondent's counsel, but then simply granted him 5 minutes to leave the room with my husband and his coworker's simultaneously shared mistress anyway, for them to now simply discuss it all out in the hall.  After they returned, MM Love repeated the question to her again.  My husband's simultaneously shared mistress immediately now said "no" and was not willing to even take the stand in her own defense, directly after her talk with both my husband and attorney Follender out in the hall

NH judges and evidently all NH prosecutors too, clearly cannot be bothered to actually do the job for the people who pay their $100,000+ yearly salaries including pensions and medical to boot, when it comes to all evidence of crimes being committed, that was now even testified to being committed, in a NH family court of law.  Even if our lives depend on it.  And they actually do! They have proven over and over again just how much the NH judicial branch of government truly needs an education apparently now, on what the difference is between what is even illegal or legal.  To now actually properly do the jobs their expected and paid to do.  Which is to actually prosecute the crimes committed.  Whether it is domestic or not, needs to stop being a lazy reckless excuse to not doing their job that their employed and actually paid to do. Even when the evidence is an actual confession and testimony to committing multiple crimes, now simply slapping them right in the face with all the evidence that was already presented directly inside a courtroom

So if you now catch your spouse in a compromising position having sex with the cat or the dog in NH, well you just might have better luck to divorce on fault grounds, and possibly just might even find a NH prosecutor somewhere having their permanent daily coffee break.  Who actually just might be willing to get off their rear end, and actually prosecute the crimes constantly being passed by throughout the entire NH family judicial court system.  Which are actual crimes that should be prosecuted instead of simply always being ignored

Like now for instance, a new NH Bestiality Law, instead of wasting time ignoring all other crimes such as, Grand theft, Perjury, Prostitution, Witness Tampering, Welfare Fraud, Audio Recording in a 2 party state, Contempt Of Court, Endangering Health Of Others. Or even simple Bribery, that has all simply already gone before a NH family court judge, who did absolutely nothing about it unless you apparently are now actually then murdered for it instead.  Like Pamela Smart did to her husband Greg in NH.  But yes people, there is even now actual NH evidence on record for that too being only completely ignored also.  Even that too is now being slipped through the cracks just by being ignored or purposely overlooked in past NH court records, just from pure laziness that NH is constantly only continually claiming as actual real justice

So, the ultimate reality in NH family court is, they just basically hand Get out of Jail Free Cards, apparently not only by permitting the crimes actually being committed, but by even also actually writing the directions on how to exactly commit them now too.  Clearly  in NH, only one spouse will always continue to pass GO, without ever going directly to jail for committing grand theft by illegally collecting thousands of dollars that will always be more than just $200 out of an average NH monopoly game of marriage.  The NH divorce games have strictly only become much harder to play than the average monopoly game of marriage now only invented by the NH judicial justice system.  Given the fact, that the entire NH judicial court system will only play, if they can only make up all their own false laws, rules and evidence, that only already is in only a dirty divorce game that is only already in progress

All evidence of criminal activity that goes through the NH family court s will never be passed on to be further processed and charged, never mind prosecuted in a criminal court of law.  Both NH's Marital Master Love and Superior Criminal Court Judge Groff along with many other NH judges, now have evidently but very clearly have been supporting this one fact, and apparently very proudly all on record for many years.  Their reckless laziness with plain stupidity throughout NH's now so-called judicial justice system has clearly simply become recklessly inhumane and out of control

I was told by the police that a prosecutor will not take the case because the crimes were already brought before a (family court) judge, who evidently but clearly chose to be lazy, and recklessly ignorant to all the crimes that were testified to committing in my case.  By apparently choosing not to further press charges and prosecute even based on all of the already clear cut evidence of criminal activity already given in a family court of law.  To now be processed any further, now through a NH criminal court of law. Therefore their hands were tied and nothing could be done.  Nothing but excuses, excuses, excuses, all apparently just turned into incorrect politically correct justice only to just pass the buck.  Permitting now actual criminals to walk free without prosecution while even now, innocent people have clearly been also even wrongly charged and imprisoned

So ladies and gentlemen, please remember, in the end, it only takes one or more of NH's costly individual lazy daft judge's own stupidity, that will actually have the final say on your actual life.  According to all past court records, we already have a good idea on what and where that reckless stupidity will leave us.  It only took the entire NH Supreme Court only a little over 260+ years to even once, actually dust off and open a 42 year old Webster dictionary, never mind their own books of laws, just to educate themselves on sexual intercourse and not the state's law.  In the one and only existing famous adultery case ever on record in the past 100 years of NH history, Blanchflower v Blanchflower

Yes people, even when multiple smaller minds are grouped together such as the entire NH ignorant Rogue Judicial Branch of government have been only truly are, can only now truly turn out to be, only as smart as the little intelligence they are only capable to produce.  Sadly however, they still remain incompetent to this day to find and define "A" for Another, "D" for Different, "D" for Divorce, or even "F" for Fault Divorce, for that matter.  Even after they already even finally found and simply acquired 42 year old Webster dictionary

But they were however, very capable to correctly find the "S's" to only define and actually truly learn what sexual Intercourse even is.  And only just to still inaccurately define the NH adultery law that once originally was written and passed by lawmakers, but still could never be properly or correctly defined by an entire judicial branch of government.  who only clearly are apparently still illiterate just the same, as the one and only entire NH Supreme Court justices.  Even so still to this day, by apparently only very slowly starting their education only hundreds of years after the fact, and only by enlarging their vocabulary only one word at a time at a snails pace

So clearly NH can only now continue to hope and pray that there is still a light bulb at least somewhere at the end of this tunnel, throughout the entire NH Judicial Branch of government.  That will one day even actually turn on, and finally learn that all actual real dictionaries in this world, will actually always cover and define an entire vocabulary from A to Z

So how long will it actually take all of NH (gods) judges, lawyers, and prosecutors to correctly dust off those dictionaries, and the rest of those dusty cobweb filled law books, to actually define, and educate themselves on a Bestiality law?  Apparently among many other old and new NH laws as well, to be brought up to speed do you ask?  Well only time will tell.  Hopefully It will not take over another two and a half centuries.  But then again, NH judges have only proven time and time again, that for them to even define the laws correctly, they still require an education first on how to even properly read and define them correctly

Sadly NH is still waiting for it's judicial branch of government to actually learn that babies are not even conceived and born from up above, and then dropped from the sky, to only be delivered to your front doorstep in the beak of a stork like in a jar of classic pickles commercial.  Apparently it's also been made very clear but unfortunate that the state of NH's proud government of stupidity clearly will continue to be smoking from the same tobacco, from the same pipe, producing just the same psychotic chaos with families every where, exactly the same as our famous new president proudly continues to do to the entire country

The USA and NH state only have a Judicial Branch of government along with some politicians, who are wasting valuable time just arguing whether or not adultery is even a moral issue or a legal issue.   Well, clearly all US government branches by this point, especially NH's, lack an education in the real purpose for having a Constitution of the United States of America, or any laws, US codes, or rules throughout this entire country.  And above all in the state of NH, all in the first place

All laws, codes, rules, and even the Constitution of the United States of America, have always simply been, and will always simply be, written by what was perceived to be morally based first, on what is right from wrong to impose on any living being and/or humanity itself.  Since the Constitution of the United States of America was very clearly written.  Therefore all laws, US codes and rules, are ALL only morals that just now become legally enforced.  So in other words people, drop all the outright stupidity please, because stupidity only is as stupid only continues to still do and get! And finally, would you please Just Get Over It Already

Secondly, all government branches have also very clearly forgotten that as long as any US government branch has any say in morally regulating any laws, US codes, and rules, pertaining to our marriage licenses and divorce decrees, proves our government has already been, and will always only be in the business of, already morally regulating our marriages and divorces now apparently, even over and over only now repeatedly even once again.  Along with morally regulating our bedrooms, sex lives, and love lives that simply always goes along with it!  Whether 2 adults are "morally consenting" or not

Thirdly, NH's Rogue Judicial branch of government needs to stop not "morally consenting" to doing the jobs that they were morally entrusted to do, and actually need to finally "morally consent" to do the jobs that they were actually morally delegated to do.  To simply morally follow and enforce the legislative laws and legitimate rules passed and instated throughout this country and NH state.  Is this really clearly to much to morally ask?  Clearly we thought not, but then just again, it still remains that the entire NH judicial branch of government's way, is only to continue to always teach and simply illegally educate us otherwise!  By just simply proudly continuing to document only all their stupidity very clearly on record

You will clearly notice that the following new NH Bestiality law proudly does NOT discriminate against heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or even oral sexual contact between a human and/or any kind of animal for that matter, that could possibly spread any infections while even, "either dead or alive."  WOW!  And the guilty will even have to "Submit to a psychological assessment and participate in appropriate counseling at the convicted person’s own expense."  WOW!  YIKES!  It doesn't even discriminate against any one specific species of "animal”, meaning a nonhuman mammal, bird, reptile, or amphibian, (even if its) either dead or alive."  HOLY COW! No discrimination whatsoever here.  Exactly the same as the original NH adultery law that was well written and required for multiple purposes over 260+ years ago, but was never enforced, then removed and even legalized to now legally continue to be committed since January 1, 2015

So obviously the state of NH has made it extremely very clear to all, that it's government now feels more strongly about protecting all types of animals from human sexual contact and apparently even if one of the parties were "either dead or alive."   But NH will not protect a married human from their human spouse having heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, or even oral sexual contact with other humans who are not their spouse, even if they were apparently, "either dead or alive."  Therefore, NH has clearly chosen to only continue supporting adultery that still remains capable of transmitting one or more of the following:"chlamydia, hepatitis , syphilis, or even the possibility of HIV."  A guilty spouse committing adultery isn't even required to seek appropriate counselling on what a monogamist relationship is to require family unity, and/or what a commitment for life to another person actually really is.  Or the dangers of adultery, such as how very apparent it too, is simply capable of very dangerously transmitting and spreading "chlamydia, hepatitis and syphilis, or even the serious possibility of HIV", that apparently is all now costing 16 billion in healthcare costs just from all the sexually transmitted diseases alone throughout the USA.  And even if that education were to even be required to be enforced at their own expense.  So all continuous reckless actions upon actions, and more actions, have proven their consequences to only speak much more louder than any words from such stupidity, only continually being inflicted onto others

OOOOH Brother NH!  The only chaotic state who proudly continues to always be only too willingly to support and help increase and inflict only the one greater growing cause that already is costing up to 16 billion dollars in health care costs, just to treat Sexually Transmitted Disease's alone.  NH is always part of the problem and never going to be part of a legal solution any time soon.  Bravo NH, bravo!  Only in NH folks, only in NH

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

AN ACT prohibiting bestiality

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened

 1  New Subdivision; Bestiality.  Amend RSA 632-A by inserting after section 24 the following new subdivision

Bestiality

632A:25  Bestiality

I.  A person commits, bestiality by intentionally committing any of the following acts

(a)  Engaging in organizing, promoting, conducting, advertising, aiding, abetting, participating in as an observer, or performing any service in the furtherance of sexual contact or sexual penetration with an animal

(b)  Offering or accepting the offer of an animal for consideration with the intent that it be subject to sexual contact or sexual penetration

(c)  Photographing or filming or distributing such photographs or films, for the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, of a person engaged in sexual contact or sexual penetration with an animal

II.  Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a class B felony

(a)  Submit to a psychological assessment and participate in appropriate counseling at the convicted person’s own expense

(b)  Reimburse an animal shelter for any reasonable costs incurred for the care and maintenance of any animal that was taken to the animal shelter as a result of conduct proscribed by this section

(c)  Shall not own, harbor, exercise control over, or reside in the same household with any animal for a period of time deemed reasonable by the court

IV.  This section shall not apply to(a)  Accepted veterinary medical practices performed by a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician

b)  Insemination of animals by the same species, bred for commercial purposes

(c)  Accepted animal husbandry practices that provide necessary care for animals bred for commercial purposes

V.  For purposes of this section, "animal” means a nonhuman mammal, bird, reptile, or amphibian, either dead or alive

 Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2017
