According to an AEGIS ALLIANCE ARTICLE, Estimates show that over Sixty Percent of Amercan citizens are affected by Judicial Curruption in a family court of law and has become severe in the state of NH. Now the 4th smallest state in the country.
This curruption has been going on in NH for decades, but only worsened when the "Safe Family Act" was signed into law by Bill Clinton in 1997. As we all know how severe NH desperately requires revenues, and will do anything to make a dollar, even to the point of bootlegging liquor and lowering the drinking age. NH's judicial branch of government once again rewrites a law only to their satisfaction and once again screw the rest of the country.
This law gave incentives under title IV D for all states to take custody away from one parent. But NH judges are taking it further once again. To the point of it becoming considered harassment for a parent to even attempt to contact their own child, now according to the records of the NH judicial Branch of government. For the past two generations, many NH children do not know why they now suddenly only have been permitted to grow up with one parent or even no parents at all.
Apparently the non custodial parent is suppose to be the parent with the higher wages but this is not what's happening in NH. A state that has also only once again, illegally ommited that little technicality from the law.
Federal government matches child support dollar for dollar, up to even five dollars for every dollar. So it is affecting everyone, even those who have 50/50 custody and already agreed upon finances and custody, now depending on what program they will qualify under.
